Publishers Australia is the only professional organisation that represents publishers of specific interest titles for consumers, B2B, and customer audiences - in print and online.Members gain access to gated online resources, discounted events and resources through our supplier members, as well as the chance to network and learn from your peers.
Members also gain the right to enter the Publishers Australia Excellence Awards, which are held annually at an exclusive location in Sydney.
Who can be a member of Publishers Australia?
Publishers Australia serves publishing businesses and professionals in all sectors of public and private enterprise, business and education.
Publishers Australia currently offers five categories of membership:
- 15 or more printed titles
- 2-14 titles employing journalists
- 2-14 titles NOT employing journalists
- 1 title

Costs
Publishers Australia currently offers five categories of membership:- 15 or more printed titles ($6,875.00 incl. GST)
- 2-14 titles employing journalists ($2,365.00 incl. GST)
- 2-14 titles NOT employing journalists ($1,364.00 incl. GST)
- 1 title ($660.00 incl. GST)
- Associate ($1,650.00 incl. GST)
Your membership term is for one financial year (1 July 2010 – 30 June 2011) and is calculated from the day you join Publishers Australia. Therefore, the amount for your first year of membership is the full subscription amount prorated to 30 June 2011.

Publishers Australia members benefit from development opportunities, resources and by sharing ideas and knowledge with fellow media professionals.
Fees are calculated on receipt of your application information and advised to you before proceeding further. All applications are ratified by the Publishers Australia Board.
