Melbourne based coffee aficionado Steve Agi, formerly the publisher of Melbourne Coffee Review and Beanscene, has diversified away from his addiction to launch a magazine devote to his Greek heritage.

Nine Entertainment Co has sold its 49.1% stake in vehicle trading website Carsales.com Ltd for $565.5 million. The Carsales.com shareholding (held in Nine’s subsidiary division ACP Magazines) was sold via a block trade to a broad range of institutional and private investors at $4.92 per share. Read more |
