    Peter Karcher is the partner in charge of the Media & Intellectual Property Group at ClarkeKann. He has over 10 years experience acting for major publishers and other media companies. Peter regularly gives presentations on his chosen areas of law, and has published numerous articles in industry journals and other publications. Peter also regularly provides legal advice on a pro bono basis through the Arts Law Centre of Australia and in 2009 and 2010 he was one of a number of lawyers to receive an Arts Law Pro Bono Award for his contribution.
